I created a travel brand called Amelia as a passion project. Amelia takes the form of a print travel magazine for young women, with accompanying digital platforms. I created this solo project from its initial conception to writing digital and print copy, taking and selecting photography, designing the print product and website, and working with a vendor for printing. There's nothing better than the sound of typing on a keyboard, each click and clack filling a once-blank page with words.
I fell in love with writing when I was just a kid, creating worlds and characters, learning how to love sentences and make words shine. Little did I know that storytelling could transform from a passion into a career.
As a writer and content creator, I tell stories through a variety of mediums, including video, digital media, and print.
Through my body of work, I have learned how to create the biggest impact on audiences by intertwining the narrative and its medium, telling one compelling story for both the visual and intellectual senses.
